Used Electric Bicycle Return Policy

Return Period

You are entitled to the following return policy for your purchased used electric bicycle:

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the electric bicycle.
  • To be eligible for a return, your electric bicycle must remain in its original condition as of the time of purchase and must not have undergone any physical damage or modifications.

Return Conditions

Within the return period, you may choose to return the product and receive a full refund, but you must meet the following conditions:

  1. The electric bicycle must be in its original condition, free from any physical damage or modifications, including but not limited to scratches, dents, part replacements, or alterations.
  2. All accessories, manuals, and attachments must be returned with the electric bicycle.
  3. The return request must be submitted within the return period and include the original purchase receipt (receipt or order number).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and confirm the electric bicycle meets the return conditions, we will process your refund request as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • If you paid with a credit card or debit card, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.
  • If you used another payment method, we will contact you to arrange the refund.

Return Shipping Costs and Bank Transfer Fees

If the product indeed has quality issues that prevent normal usage, we will accept the return; however, the following fees will be deducted:

  • Round-trip shipping costs, including the return shipping costs and the original purchase shipping costs.
  • Any transfer fees charged by banks or financial institutions.

Return Limitations

If the electric bicycle does not have any functional quality issues, we do not accept returns. If you wish to exchange the product for another item, we can accept exchanges within 30 days, but the following assessment applies:

  • The replacement product must be of equal value to the originally purchased electric bicycle, or you will need to pay the price difference.
  • Any shipping costs incurred will be the customer's responsibility.
